JACKSON, Tenn.—It’s competition time for the pageantry world here in the Hub City as they walk through the finals competition for the Miss Volunteer America title.
Here at the Carl Perkins Center contestants competing for the Miss Volunteer America pageant go head to head to see who the next successor will be, as current title holder Hannah Perrigins prepares to relinquish her reign.
“It’s for young ladies all across the United States. Fifty-one states that have come together this week to compete for the title of Miss Volunteer America,” said Vickie Runk, Executive Director, Miss Virginia Volunteer.

“The winner gets fifty-thousand dollars in scholarship money. That is phenomenal and coming from a parent who has a daughter in college, any time you can get scholarship money that’s an amazing opportunity,” said Lashonda Williams, Miss Volunteer America Administrative Volunteer.
Reigning Miss Teen Volunteer America 2025 shares that the most important thing to remember is that no matter what happens the show must go on.
“I’m a believer that you don’t have to be perfect to do things successfully. It’s more so making sure that you feel prepared, whether you feel prepared maybe if you don’t do it perfectly and even if you mess up being able to continue,” said Anna Loudenbeck, Miss Teen Volunteer America 2025.
It’s up to the contestants to prove they have what it takes to be the next crowned Miss Volunteer America.
After a night of tough competition, Miss South Carolina Volunteer, Berkeley Bryant, became the titleholder of Miss Volunteer America.
